Who We Are

My name is Joel. I own and operate Nova Land Solutions which is a small land services provider company based in Canton, Ohio and is comprised of a small group of land professionals who are local to the Guernsey County, Ohio area.

My team has been performing oil and gas landwork for landowners, oil and gas attorneys and oil and gas companies for decades, some of us since the 1970s. We have worked across the the country however the vast amount of our experience has been in OH, PA and WV as it is our backyard.

We are a family-owned, close-knit group of oil and gas land professionals, having worked throughout eastern Ohio together for many years now. As a matter of fact, each of our oil and gas researchers have over 10 years’ experience in this part of the country. 

What We Do

We help our clients unravel title issues plaguing their property – examining courthouse records, performing heirships and working with clients to cure defects in their property ownership.

We are problems solvers by nature.

Our mission is to get to the root of the problem as cost effectively as possible and in the shortest amount of time, thereby delivering to our clients the information they need to resolve the problem WITHOUT the extra frustrations commonly seen in our industry – inflated costs and long lag times.
