Automated Data Correlation Reports

We’re excited to share a couple of the potential Project Analysis Reports that Abstraction will be able to generate for your project.Below you’ll find renderings of reports that can be built for your project:

 Using field data the software automatically calculates whether or not your project will be completed on time with the resources currently allocated. It will estimate using the live data it’s collecting from the field how many days the project will take with the current resources, and if the deadline and its estimate do not match it will tell you how many resources will need to be added to the project to complete on time.

Note: You may also be able to use this tool to perform a title cost estimate on upcoming projects if you have historical title research data or competitor title research data.

 This report breaks down key components in the title by average time spent completing each part. With this knowledge you and your brokers will be able to apportion work more appropriately to ensure work is completed on time.

It also gives your brokers guidance on the who the best candidates would be for a particular project. For example if the report is showing the project requires significantly more subsurface research (subsurface severances) than an average project, your brokers would be able to hire/contract with researchers who are more skilled in this area and thus better control the efficiency of the project.

With the amount and detail of real time data the software captures there is virtually no end to the types of reports that it can generate!
